Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt. Certain items, such as gift cards, are non-refundable.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email us at support@calembou.com. Please provide your order number, details of the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions. We will respond to your return request within 24-48 hours.

Applicable Conditions for Return and Refund

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or replacement depending on your preference. You will need to provide video or photo evidence of the damage or defect. Without this evidence, we are unable to process a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Item: If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will accept the return and provide a refund or send you the correct item. Please provide video or photo proof of the incorrect item. Without this evidence, we cannot proceed with a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns, but shipping will be at the customer's expense. Refunds are provided for the cost of the product only, excluding any initial shipping charges. No refund will be granted without video or photo proof showing the product in its original condition.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact our customer support immediately. For example, if the package is stuck while being transported to the next facility or the tracking information has not been updated for over a week. Our coverage for lost packages is only applicable until the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not cover any packages that are marked as successfully delivered but are later lost or stolen, as our insurance does not cover such losses.

Refund Processing

①Orders that have not yet been shipped are eligible for a full refund.② For items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error, we will provide a full refund.③ For returns due to dislike after receipt, once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds for these returns do not include the initial shipping cost. ④If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Fee

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or our error, Calembou will bear the shipping costs associated with the return. For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
